Under general supervision, develops and maintains database capturing essential information related to assigned project. Analyzes and tracks project deliverables and schedules. Provides support to other members of the team to include fact finding, resource management, and planning. Prepares and coordinates data input for documentation, status reports, briefings, and information inquiries. Assists departments with the development of compliance risk mitigation, quality assurance, and zero errors. Conducts research into specific areas, prepare findings and report findings to the customer. Interfaces with internal functional teams and external departments for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of goals. Provides automated documentation as required. Ensures that improvements are made in operational practice to improve the quality and cost of assigned project.
1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
1. Two years of project coordination, process improvement or administrative experience required.
2. Project management experience within a healthcare environment preferred.

2. Ability to manage high volume workload from multiple leaders and staff members.
3. Strong interpersonal communication skills
4. Ability to communicate information appropriately, express verbal and written thoughts in a clear and concise manner.

6. Ability to provide input on projects/programs, assist with associated work plans and able to manage the day to day execution of assigned projects.
