Job Description The main objectives for the Assc Dir - Sales Analytics are to project-manage the development of the group's lead-to-cash program and to spearhead the effort to define the Sales Operations function in tight collaboration with MA Sales Ops team leaders. In addition, they will support the global sales team from a sales performance tracking and reporting standpoint including incentive compensation management
They must be flexible and energetic to excel in this ever-changing business environment. It is essential for this role to have a thorough understanding of lead-to-cash processes, as well as CRM system structure and data flow; must also have the ability to utilize business and system knowledge to assist internal clients in decision-making. #LI-DW1
Project manage the development of the Salesforce lead-to-cash program for ESG Solutions.
Participate on cross-functional teams within MA on system enhancement initiatives
Manage and develop Sales Ops function/capabilities
Assist in creating global business standards by sharing and exchanging best practices.
Prepare quality of sales performance metrics, on a current month and year-to-date basis.
Prepare for quarterly sales commission calculations for sales professionals and support commission forecasts.
Evaluate data availability and assess the needs of the various business partners including local, regional, and global leaders to optimize the processes and reporting.
Perform ad hoc reporting / analysis for management decision making
BS in Finance/Accounting or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years experience within a finance environment.
2 or more years of supervisory experience.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinker, with demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Goal oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and drive success; also able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Team player, confident at interacting with staff at different levels within the organization.
Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar system strongly preferred.
