Position Summary This position interfaces with Rockwell Automation customers, field sales and support management, corporate account managers, product group and corporate sales management. Principle responsibilities comprise the management of allocated RAAMP account(s), including the supervision and administration of embedded AMP's assigned to develop the customer account.
Functional Expertise Manage the RAAMP start-up process including Implementation timeline, tools and post start-up goals and objectives Manage training development for new AMP's both on customer sites and through delivery of formalised training courses. Conduct PADR's in line with company policy A responsibility to functionally manage AMP's. Recruitment involvement to support the RAAMP business growth initiative Support approval of new repair vendors in conjunction with 3rd party vendor manager
Supports business in achievement of revenue and operating earnings target Establish strong customer relationships ensuring agreed deliverables are attained to support the growth strategies of the CSM business. Conduct account review/renewal meetings driving the commercial success of the RAAMP business. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen; understand financials with the ability to lead a team of AMP's.
Minimum Qualifications. The ability to travel to other locations on business is required. Must possess high degree of computer literacy, plus customer account management ideally with start-up/project management experience
This position requires mobility in an industrial, plant floor environment and is subject to the client's plant safety requirements. The position may require the lifting and transporting of components and boxes up to 40 pounds in weight without assistance from others.
