Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation /Community Bank Technology (PVSI/CBT) within the Enterprise Information Technology business provides strategic technology solutions to the both the PVSI and Community Banking lines of business, including application design, development, and support. It also helps CBT PVSI CIO group in transforming the technology organization. This includes collaborating with Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Shared Service and Infrastructure teams.
About The Role:
Functional/Business Domain' in which the candidate should have mandatory experience is: All of the automations this team will be in support of the Operations line of business i.e. Operations has responsibility for areas such as: Deposit & Settlement, Credit Bureau, Electronic & Commercial Services, Contact Centers, Unclaimed Property and Fraud & Claims Management. Processes within Operations are reviewed for the purpose of utilizing bots for the replacement of resource, process improvement/repeatability, and efficiency improvements.
Works with diverse group of developers, business subject matter experts, project management from multiple teams with assertiveness and tact
Play a Individual developer (coding, code reviews, design analysis, internal testing etc.) for deliverables from WFI.
Contribute to the design discussions, perform PoCs where ever required to support/back up design decisions.
Provide technical expertise to support team during incident/problem resolution.
Ability to do the reviews and follow the process methodologies and documentation
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
6 – 8 years of hands-on IT experience in developing complex, highly integrated, web-based applications using .NET/ Java or Python in Agile teams.
Knowledge working with GIT, Maven/Gradle , JIRA tools
Experience in implementation of Java, J2EE and JS Design patterns.
SQL development experience on any of the relational database systems, Oracle or SQL Server Strong development working experience with Web based applications (design, code and test automation)
Experience using RPA tools , UIPath (Primary) or Blue Prism(Secondary) Professional certifications in the RPA tools is preferred
Good data analytical and problem solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Good experience working with Microsoft Visio
Banking Applications experience (especially in Operations line of business).
Should be detail oriented, able to multi task
Responsible for documenting design for automated process in Solution Design
System Integration Testing (SIT), Automation & Regression testing experience
DevOps Usage experience
Deliver demos, blueprints and provide necessary support
Experience in Agile methodology
