*In partnership with Field Sales and executive leadership, design, maintain, validate, communicate and implement Field compensation strategies, programs and systems. Includes developing and/or recommending compensation policies and procedures as well as incorporating organizational compensation strategy and market trend analysis.
*Responsible for Field compensation program modeling (base and incentive components as well as Company, business unit, team, product and individual components and short-term/long-term measurements), analysis, pricing and reporting in order to meet organizational performance goals.
*Provide oversight for Field performance management including annual performance reviews, meeting minimum production requirements, and ongoing performance issues. Counsel managers on performance management tracking, conducting annual review discussions, and maintaining fair & consistent evaluation practices. Employ practices and procedures to ensure HR compliance.
*Active participation on compensation committees and sub teams. Includes plan documentation and compliance. Includes HRIS compensation advisory role.
Skills of the Ideal Candidate
Experience Consulting on commission-based, sales-based or production-based compensation programs at the corporate level desired. Corporate, compensation or human resources experience in positions involving sEkills and/or technical requirements outlined below.
Strong interpersonal skills including ability to interact, consult, influence/persuade, negotiate and direct all levels of management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effectively conveying complex and/or technical information to Colleagues at all levels

Advanced level Excel Proficiency. Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including Access, Word and Power Point; SharePoint experience preferred
Knowledge in Cognos report writing
Knowledge of HRIS functions, data structures and methodology
Strong base knowledge of compensation design/philosophy including financial aspects
Strong knowledge of human resources legal requirements and practices
Strong organization and project management skills, including the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize and to scope and define project plans
Communication skills include ability to facilitate meetings, serve as team leader, provide training and presentations as needed.
