About the opening Optometric Physicians of Middle Tennessee is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist who is passionate about providing the highest level of patient-centric care. In this role, you practice at various locations, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A candidate with experience in private practice and/or retail with residency training would be a complimentary addition to the practice (although not required). This is an excellent opportunity to join a solid, privately-owned practice and learn from other experts in a supportive environment. Plus, the practice has a large established patient base as well as a strong referral base. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety.
