Digital Channels Technologies is currently seeking qualified applicants for Software Sr. Engineer position. The job will entail end-to-end implementation of Glassbox and TeaLeaf Tools from proof-of-concept, requirement gathering, user training and production implementation. This engineer will write help analyze production monitoring, reporting and automation requirements, document, design and implement automation solution using Elastic, AppDynamics, Splunk, Glassbox, EverBridge and Linborg(home grown Tool), Tools. The engineer will work with our business and development partners to create clear concise production monitoring needs, create designs, and write/review technical specifications to meet those business needs. This position will include automation development in Perl, Bash, Python and testing before deployment into production. The Engineer will participate in team reviews and will adhere to standards developed within the team.
Selected candidate will be required to work within the following Wells Fargo location: 333 Market St, Floor 12, San Francisco, CA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
7+ years of software engineering experience
7+ years of experience with the installation, configuration, implementation or administration of middleware application server installations on Red Hat Linux or Unix environments

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
10+ years of application production support experience

5 + years of experience with Elasticsearch development, integration or support
5+ years of of MySQL experience
5+ years of experience with IBM Tealeaf Administration

Knowledge and understanding of AppDynamics
Knowledge and understanding of web systems: web application installations, upgrades, and deployments

Ability to work on call as assigned
