Provide oversight, coordination, and completion of large digitization projects. Task oversight to ensure they are performed according to the customer scope of work requirements and on time according to the established production schedule. Provide personnel management over Project Team.
Duties and responsibilities

Delivery of work according to customer signed Scope of Work
Build and oversight of project plans
Lead project kick-off meetings with materials for communication to all project participants
Final decision on scanning completion according to Scope of Work
Final decision on index & image derivatives complete according to Scope of Work
Communication w/ Customer on project status & timing
Communication w/ Customer to gain Customer data acceptance after delivery
Arrange for and organize training for Imaging Specialists
Daily communication with Imaging Specialists to ensure project production according to Scope of Work
Ensure the delivery of targets
Review daily throughputs to ensure project pace – identify corrective actions when necessary
Billing preparation and communication with accounts receivable personnel
3 years’ experience managing large digitization projects
3 years’ experience handling cultural heritage materials
Experience with FADGI Level 3 and 4 Star projects/targets preferred
Knowledge of document and graphic arts scanning techniques
Excellent problem solving to ensure job completion to meet customer expectations
Experience managing production personnel and resolving complex people problems
Good communication skills with Customers and Employees
Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of imaging software and image capture
Must have organizational skills, be detail oriented, and provide solutions-driven results.
Track record of high performance, motivated work ethic and team player attitude in a production environment.
