Instructional designers who are skilled in using teaching tools will have opportunities to support tools commonly used at UCSC such as Canvas, Zooom, YuJa, Gradescope, Google Suite, and others. While the majority of our work is done in a team setting, instructional designers provide individual consultation to instructors through Zoom meetings and in written communications.
