POSITION SUMMARY: Provides strategic management oversight for support of a supply chain base of service providers. Partners with business leaders, support organizations and outsourcing partners to drive results which support business objectives, cost efficiencies, and consistent quality service delivery. Manages the relationship with business partners and suppliers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Guides the selection, development, and management of strategic suppliers to meet service cost and performance goals. Partners with suppliers to build capabilities to meet expanding needs of the business.
Develops and implements an overall supply chain strategy focused on leveraging volume, knowledge, and capability to achieve cost reduction and supplier quality improvement.
Establishes performance objectives for outsourced service providers. Leads efforts to develop competitive performance benchmarks and incorporate these into performance measures and service standards.
Serves as primary liaison with suppliers to ensure organizational needs are met. Works collaboratively to develop and implement supplier scorecards and other reporting and measurement tools to identify areas requiring improvements or corrective action.
Manages issues and expectations across a broad range of skill sets and locations.
Manages Escalations, working with internal partners and outsourced providers to solution for and resolve time sensitive concerns.
Communicates with key stakeholders and senior leadership on project updates and escalated issues. Works with department leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Develops, manages, coordinates global sourcing processes and practices with internal stakeholders. Develops and manages relationship with national/regional suppliers and contractors and assist in contract negotiation

Excellent reading and language comprehension
Sound understanding of HVAC trade
Strong prioritization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Strategic thinking with an ability to execute tactically
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Degree from a four-year college or university in relevant discipline or four years experience with business outsourcing, supply chain management, logistics, operational excellence, process improvements, technical trade or other related experience preferred.
