This role as an integral part of developing and supporting the business to being a fully integrated platform. You will be focused on managing and improving data quality and analysis in order to provide accurate reporting, achieve effective targeting, cross-selling and direct marketing activity.
You will be proactive in providing real time reporting so we can make informed decisions and drive improvements to marketing, business development and client management activities and processes. You will be instrumental in promoting the use of the system with internal stakeholders. Training and supporting the business to use the CRM system will be a key part of this role to ensure it is integrated into the day to day operations and is the source of truth for prospect and client data. You will also will lead on CRM projects to support the ongoing development of our CRM strategy.
Manage pipeline data to ensure it is accurate and relevant through regular reporting checks and analysis, update data as relevant. Input new records and maintaining existing records
Oversee cleansing of contact data and undertake data upload activities, ensure data is correctly structured and accurate within the system
Produce regular reporting for the Business Development, Marketing and client teams and Senior Management, delivering self-service reporting where appropriate
Be the go-to CRM person within the business, training colleagues to use the CRM system effectively, ensuring they are correctly entering data into the CRM
Manage user guides and processes to support the effective use of the CRM system
Manage system licence allocations, access and permissions. Monitoring user usage and licence costs against budget.
Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted business development and marketing activities
Manage and develop our data quality framework to improve our data accuracy
Lead or be an active member on CRM integration, migration and automation projects to enhance our CRM capability
Work with the IT team, other system owners and third party consultants to ensure the optimal flow of information and content between systems + Work with key stakeholders in the business to harmonise processes, systems, ways of working and CRM inputs to facilitate maximum value from CRM and associated reporting. This includes the Business Development, Marketing, client facing and Finance teams
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
An experienced CRM Manager who has previously worked for a financial services or professional services businesses
Experienced user of a leading CRM system, ideally Salesforce and related software such as Pardot. With a good understanding of how effective use of a CRM system can support business growth.
Experience or an awareness of other third party platforms that will support with lead generation, relationship intelligence, CRM data automation and customer insights.
A track record in overseeing CRM related integrations, migrations and automations
Attention to detail, with an ability to work with large amounts of records, identifying issues and resolutions to manage the data integrity
Well organised and effective time management skills to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once to meet tight deadlines. Project management experience would be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people and to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships
