Better is enabled by trust and respect Ideally you will be degree educated in accounting, computer science, or related field. You will have five plus years technology experience as a subject matter expert (SME) in JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence with a background in lean portfolio management. You will have excellent knowledge around administration activities such as: creating / modifying / customizing / managing of workflows, schemes, custom fields, and issue types. You will need experience with JIRA / Confluence plug-ins, instance migrations, and version upgrades. You will also manage user access, agile boards, filters, and dashboards. You have expertise in work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, reporting, and standing up a Center of Excellence in the portfolio and project management space.
Additionally, as an individual contributor, you will be an expert at communicating effectively (verbally as well as in presentations) to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
