Better is enabled by trust and respect We'll be looking for you to manage medium to large complex projects affecting the operations of a business function. You will coordinate activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. You will also be expected to work with teams to define the work breakdown structure, dependencies and timelines, as well as identifying, tracking and management issues and risks impacting delivery. This work will have direct monetary impact on functional strategies.
For such a detail-driven role, you will have at least 7 years of experience in a Project Management and/or SCRUM Master capacity and at least 5 years of experience in the software development industry. You will also have a Bachelor's degree or a more advanced degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering. You must have demonstrated experience in project management methodologies with a strong preference for Agile, SAFe, PMP or CSM certifications. You will possess direct experience with Jira/Confluence and either JAVA stack or Microsoft stack along with cloud technologies. The role requires the ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and possess strong leadership skills and inspire others in the team to lead and achieve in their roles.
