As an Administrative Assistantyou need to know how to:
Conserves supervisorâ™s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
Maintains supervisorâ™s appointment schedule, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings and trainings. Setup teleconferences and make travel arrangements.
Maintain positive working relationship with outside stakeholders
Schedule meetings/trainings and plan logistics as requested.
Prepare all department meetings and trainings including: catering, room reservations, invitations, agendas, minutes, proper number of needed handouts, and assist supervisor with follow-up and action items.
Manage website content to ensure website information is current and relevant.
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing training evaluations.
Assist with maintaining project deadlines
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Reconcile supervisorâ™s credit card statements and expense reports using Concur.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
Associate Degree or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school.
Driving motor vehicle record to be updated annually.
Minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate level computer skills using Microsoft Suite and/or Google Apps.
Proof of current automobile insurance coverage to be updated annually.
