In this role, you will have the opportunity to be an exceptional facilitator and change agent for the essential functions of Infection Prevention, Regulatory Readiness, Associate Safety, Patient Safety and Risk Management, and Quality Decision Support. The Program Manager reports directly to the Sr. Director, Quality & Safety Resources.

As a Quality and Safety Resources Program Manager, you need to know how to:
Establishes the Associate Safety and Environment of Care annual objectives, performance standards, and annual program reviews
Develops and implements educational and training strategies to support Associate Safety and Environment of Care Program activities
Develops and delivers routine reports and presentations to various stakeholder groups on the progress of Associate Safety and Environment of Care Programs
Develops, documents, tracks, and evaluates improvement plans and implements necessary measures to achieve SCL Health targeted capabilities
Ensures regulatory compliance for Associate Safety, OSHA and Environment of Care programs and integrates with the enterprise
Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
Works closely with associate health, ergonomics and other teams to collaborate for safe associate health
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
Associate degree in related disciplines (a minimum of five (5) years of experience in combination with relevant courses may be substituted for an Bachelorâ™s degree) and evidence of ongoing education and training.
Current Certified Hospital Safety Professional (CHSP) or equivalent or the ability to obtain within two (2) years of hire.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Safety Program Management, including experience in successfully managing projects at the highest technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects.
Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in developing and presenting education programs for large groups.
Certified in DOT Hazardous Waste Management.
Corporate or multi-hospital system experience.
