Summary of Duties: The Finance & Accounting Officer/Management Analyst, under the direction of the Controller partners with teams within Business Services/Controllers Office to improve capabilities, business analysis, project management, data analysis and knowledge management. The incumbent works to improve departmental processes.-that integrate people and technology (Workday and related systems) to increase capacity to meet short-term and long-term goals, performance and service levels. As requested, trains unit staff on the effective use of tools, processes, and activities. Monitors and evaluates adoption and effectiveness of new processes. The candidate may supervise unit staff as requested.
This is a temporary, 12 month, position scheduled to end 10/31/22.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in business, economics or a related field, and three (3) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
