Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 7+ years related experience
Experience implementing and managing IAM/IGA strategies and tools
Deep understanding of identity Federation principles and tools
Strong understanding of application development frameworks and integration methods
The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to business audiences
Demonstrated track record of leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of complex and challenging goals
Superior communication skills coupled with an ability to navigate a complex academic research environment and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels
Strongly collaborative, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, to influence others, and move toward a common vision or goal
