A challenging role as a Business Architect supporting our teams in the Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) who are responsible for Client Risk Scoring and other FCC projects related to the client lifecycle
You will assist in the day-to-day project management, business analysis, process re-engineering and data efforts to support the delivery of global projects
You will be actively contributing to bank changing foundational projects, reducing process complexity, addressing key audit points, increasing business efficiency and reducing risk.
An opportunity to closely collaborate with a number of key strategic project streams within Compliance and the Front with the collective focus of building a cohesive product deliverables to end users
Partner up with senior FCC representatives to understand their project initiatives. Analyse the business drivers and support them the rollout of their projects to all lines of business globally
Driving projects forward from the initial concept to the final realisation and rollout to global end users. This provides the right candidate with the opportunity to bring their own creativity, findings, understanding of applicable technologies and drive to each project as a fully integrated project lead together with SMEs from within FCC
University degree in Computer Science or Equivalent subjects
3+ years of experience with Data Analytics / Programming
Outstanding social skills, openness and experience in dealing with various different cultures
Fluent communication skills in English, German is an asset
Experience with banking applications and with the CS application landscape would be of advantage
Ability to empathize, quickly gain trust and build up solid working relationships across seniority levels
Positive attitude, flexibility, curiosity and interest in working in a fast-paced environment with focus on improvement
Good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
Practical experience in MS Office tools especially PowerPoint, Excel
