Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. The Quality Assurance and Monitoring group within WIM Brokerage Operations is responsible for performing operational capabilities required to deliver business process management, application conversion implementation, quality control, testing and regulatory reporting. The Business Liaison Consultant, within the Business Services department, will play a key role in helping the group, as well as Brokerage Operations, transform our business processes. The scope of responsibilities for this role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Information Technology Testing focus supporting Group Managers within WIM Brokerage Operations
Optimize current testing structure to fully leverage Business Testing Services and Integrated Functional Testing (IFT) teams
Provide testing and guidance frameworks for User Acceptance Testing consistency practices across Operations
Oversight current IFT regression testing program and results
10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, or strategic planning; or 7+ years of legal experience which includes the review, evaluation and response to agency, law firm, or regulatory inquiries
Project management experience
Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions
Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
Ability to identify risk factors and provide alternatives to mitigate
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to manage tactical or strategic initiatives
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to present to decision makers in a professional and confident manner
Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders
Knowledge and understanding of securities industry
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups

Ability to travel domestically
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
