We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Inside Sales Representative with an ability to bid and win projects and follow through on all phases of the project. We offer a great work environment, competitive wages, paid holidays, paid vacation, sick days, and health insurance benefits.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide quotes to leads from telephone calls, emails, and web forms.
Print, organize and maintain project plans and specifications.
Perform accurate and thorough take-offs.
Communicate with various vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
Review addenda and other architectural clarifications prior to bid.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely bids and submittals to general contractors.
2+ years’ experience with estimating hollow metal doors, commercial wood doors, architectural hardware, and "division 8" building products
Professional phone etiquette and outgoing demeanor
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and stand-alone environment
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously with interruptions
Highly organized and works well with others
Strong mathematical skills
