The Role Responsibilities
The Associate, Vendor Management Team markets supply chain finance solutions to suppliers of our Buyer clients. The Associate, VMT's primary purpose is to market Vendor Prepay programmes and enrol suppliers nominated by our Buyer clients. VMTs are expected to perform supplier analysis and define a clear supplier marketing and enrolment strategy specific to each programme. VMTs focus on active supplier calling to maximize supplier program sign up ratio. VMTs deploy different marketing techniques tailor made to each program to facilitate interest and program utilization.
Proactive marketing of our SCF proposition to targeted suppliers
Support Senior VMT to enrol suppliers in a quick and easy manner
Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure system readiness of enrolled suppliers
Leverage digital tools, i.e. online supplier enrolment portal or VPP Mobile App to enhance supplier experience
Support Senior VMT to manage Vendor Prepay program to maximize revenue
Handle supplier documents in support of VPP program booked in their coverage market
Number of suppliers enrolled vs. total number of suppliers nominated by anchor buyer client
Supplier level utilization and revenue realization
Compliance with functional DOI and internal policies
Our Ideal Candidate
Good sales and interpersonal skills with an ability and knowledge to articulate supply chain finance program benefits
Detail oriented with good client and documentation handling experience
Team player and can work with virtual team in other regions to ensure bank delivers its commitment
Language skills - fluent in English both written and verbal as well as Spanish
Experience in banking or other relevant financing/credit/sales roles. Experience with transaction banking / trade is plus.
