We Offer The PB Data Distribution Product lead role acts in the capacity of a product owner for all internal and external data distribution aspects. This includes development of new data services to meet various business needs, and to develop new external services including API Gateways and Private Swift Network management. Oversee the overarching distribution strategy enabling various consumers to maximize their insights. Lead the solution delivery of strategic-initiatives within the wider Data Analytics, Distribution & Reporting team. Proficient in data distribution and outstanding problem solving as well as analytical skills. Drive the implementation of next generation data distribution capabilities. Communicate effectively with a wide variety of business partners ranging from all parts of the bank including COOs, Risk teams, senior management and IT. As a result, have a clear vision of an innovative data distribution product for private banking business needs and be able to articulate to business partners with different seniority for end to end delivery. The desire to be part of a high-profile, multi-faceted team that provides necessary support in day to day technology management as well as long-term initiatives. The candidate must possess high level of integrity, both personally and professionally.
The Data Distribution product owner will
Have minimum 10 years' experience in data distribution or related fields, within or externally to financial institutions.
Coordinate with the business partners to translate the platform vision for data distribution into executable projects driven by business priority and see through the end to end implementation of the domain
Drive effective end-to-end delivery of prioritized programs ensuring the investments are optimized from cost, time to market and strategic fit perspective
Prioritize demand as product owner based on the demands and business partner feedbacks and be accountable for the end to end delivery, including resource / funding review monitoring and ensuring change program governance compliance
Form positive relationship with IT and involve in solution design
Core Tasks include
Formulate the distribution strategy depending on various needs for several consumers
Seek to capture end-to-end requirements based on partners feedbacks and translate that into respective platform / business process implementation
Ownership of the book of work in the Data Distribution space and partner closely with IT for the execution in an agile manner
Partner management by providing transparency on program financial, progress, decisions
Coordinate with other APAC Platforms domain to ensure a coherent front-to-back platform implementation to maximize value for the deliveries in the portfolio management and analytics space

Develop innovative product recommendations based on business, technical, and opportunity assessments, utilising domain experience.
In partnership with key business partners form and maintain the product vision. Communicate product vision and the functional requirements of the partners to IT delivery teams
Define and prioritize product roadmap and team backlog such that the solution effectively addresses business priorities while maintaining technical integrity; provide visibility to business partners on priority decisions
Ensure Product Backlog is visible, open, and clear to all partners. Communicate and ensure team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level required
Author requirements, epics, user stories, tasks and timelines aligned with user/customer/market needs; ensures stories meet the "definition of ready" criteria
Identify business partner needs, negotiate priorities between competing partner interests, and then collaborate with developers to ensure that the requirements are implemented effectively.
Minimum 5 years' experience of Product Management / Operations and 10+ years' experience
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working to deliver on time with integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
