Provides ownership and accountability for Asset Life Cycle Management within Vitalize.
Lead the design and architecture of Manufacturing and Plant network
Responsible/Accountable for server/application build and qualification for manufacturing applications such as DeltaV, PI Historian, ThinManager, Acronis, BAS systems and Windows Operating System
Partners with vendors to support site BAS systems
Owns Active Directory, Time synchronization with NTP, Network Domain and Domain controllers in Windows environment
Owns installation of devices/peripherals such as manufacturing label printers, scales, handhelds , wireless/mobile worker tablets and ThinClient HMIs for process execution
Partners with BMS hosting team to appropriately scope, procure, and install assets to support continued manufacturing.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computerized systems in the Manufacturing areas. Work closely with enterprise IT teams, Engineering, QA, and validation teams in assessment, recommendation and implementation of computerized system applications that supports manufacturing areas.
Provides support in IT network troubleshooting activities.
Owns recovery verification activities for the Syracuse Site
Provides leadership in the area of cyber-security and protection of assets. Provides managerial oversight of the Site Cyber role
Provide matrix leadership for Syracuse Site DXC Manufacturing Services Lead and Site Support team.
Acts as the liaison for SAP enhancements and deliverable for the Syracuse Site. Partnering with site Supply Chain, Quality, and the enterprise SAP team.
