Partners with talent program and talent sourcing to develop and apply recruiting strategies that match the skill sets of candidates with positions based on changing business needs. Ensures appropriate planning, prioritization, and assignment of recruitment requisitions.
Establishes an understanding of recruiting needs for assigned operating states/regions and creates state or localized recruiting strategies to fit the geographic market, specifically addressing its needs.
Oversees the execution of relocation and onboarding programs.
Understands the independent contractor status of our agents and ensures that American Family policies and practices support the desired relationship between employees, agents and the company.
Works with talent programs and other internal personnel to ensure the effective use of talent identification programs in recruitment and placement initiatives.
Partners with compensation and benefits to communicate the competitive offering of total rewards to eligible candidates and determine appropriate hiring rates and other offer components. Shares market experiences with benefits, compensation, and other HR centers of expertise for use in program design.
Works with divisional metrics and reporting area to develop, maintain and interpret measurements relevant to recruitment/acquisition efforts.

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition strategy and team to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will lead our recruiting team of recruiters and will leverage internal and external resources to ensure they are properly allocated to support each critical business need.
