We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate Brand Manager (ABM) to join our team and help drive this transformation. Under the direction of the Brand Manager, the ABM will be a key brand team member, working to develop and execute Marketing, Communications and Innovation strategies to drive growth and enhance equity for the Traditional Medicinals & Urban Moonshine brands. The ABM will wear many hats and act as business analyst, project manager, and consumer champion across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for influencing and executing brand strategy and the analytical ability to both identify actionable insights from data and think as a business owner in developing and evaluating marketing tactics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze consumer/consumption data to monitor health of business and identify insights to drive strategy and direction
Support the creation and execution of the business growth objectives
Analyze and identify key P&L drivers for the portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver accurate forecasts and monitor sales shipments
Partner with Sales & Customer Marketing to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities at retail
Manage the business day-to-day, including budgets, execution of brand campaigns, and packaging and marketing collateral updates
Assist Brand Manager with development and execution of strategic plans, priorities, objectives and budgets pertaining to the management of the portfolio
Assist in deployment of marketing plans and packaging updates; work with external agencies as well as cross-functional teams on creative development and logistics
Steward both big picture strategy and executional details, including identifying areas for optimization
Manage key marketing projects, including, but not limited to:
Coupons—Manage coupon program, track effectiveness, report findings and track against budget.
Packaging—Track & execute packaging changes for consistency across the line and manage process according to packaging production timelines.
Sampling Programs—Manage the strategy and program details in collaboration with cross-functional team
Monitor trends to identify emerging product and packaging opportunities
Lead & support select innovation projects in partnership with cross-functional teams through business case development, execution and evaluation of in-market results
Lead cross-functional teams to drive key projects and initiatives
Serve as a passionate steward, advocate and gatekeeper for the Traditional Medicinals brand, the equity it has built over time, and brand execution guidelines
Nurture a collaborative consumer-oriented culture within Traditional Medicinals
Champion our consumers and customers across all projects and initiatives
Bachelor's degree required, MBA highly preferred, ideally with a marketing emphasis
1– 2 years brand management experience preferably in the CPG space
Familiarity with data analytics, innovation, packaging development, and market research processes
Experience working with SPINS, IRI or Nielsen data
E-commerce experience a plus

This position operates in a professional open cubical office environment. Will be required to frequently communicate with others, and routinely uses computer and standard office equipment. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
The position is based in a beautiful new open-concept office in Rohnert Park, CA which lies in the center of scenic Sonoma County. Sonoma County has everything people love about California. It boasts several charming and historic towns surrounded by beautiful farm country. There is easy access to wine country, redwood forests, parks, and the Pacific Coast. Yet the area is just 45 minutes from downtown San Francisco one of the great cultural cities in the world. Sonoma County truly offers the best of both of these worlds.
