This Early Career Program Manager role is for our Operations and Engineering Services (OES) Business Unit at Rockwell Automation.
Accountable for creating and driving a globally inclusive early career strategy by partnering with OES leaders to ensure the Early Career Program aligns with their workforce strategies.
Partners with OES Business and HR leads as well as the Rockwell Automation University Relations and Global Diversity programs department to define a global hiring strategy and ensure needs are met.
Develop and execute a framework that will build the organization's pipeline of early career talent from student internships through their first 2-3 years of full-time career development
Partner closely and regularly with key stakeholders across businesses, functions, and global geographies to amplify and scale our current programs (e.g., Interns, LDP, Sales Training, EMEA Grad)
Ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable practices through all stages of early career onboarding and development
Influence meaningful systems and processes to track KPI's to measure program impact and effectiveness
Keep business stakeholders regularly informed of the progress of early career programs through a variety of reporting, and communications focused on progress of program development and KPIs
Secure early career rotations across the group's businesses that provide value to the business and support strong development for the associates
Work in partnership with other RA early career program leaders to ensure consistency, as well as appropriate inter-program cooperation. Recommend strategic adjustments, as required, to ensure that program needs are consistently met, while also insuring optimum performance across programs.
Manage OES participation in National & Regional level career fairs and diversity initiatives / organizations for attracting early talent.
