Design, develop and implement ongoing improvements to Laspau's Salesforce platform to serve as a vehicle to deliver services to clients in all of Laspau's service lines, including scholarships, University Innovation, Technological Frontiers, and PAEP. Provide internal and external customer support related to the Salesforce platform. Provide backup technical support as needed to the Colab and the IT Systems Analyst. This position is benefits eligible. This is a term position ending on September 30, 2021, with the possibility of renewal.
Support all Laspau teams in the use of Salesforce and data management.
Define, document, and manage cross-department operations and systems workflows to maximize efficiency.
Provide ongoing assessment of systems and processes and modify them accordingly, assessing the use of technology applications as solutions.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for metrics and process tracking.
General administration of Salesforce instance, managing permissions, users, designing and customizing pages, workflows, approvals, automation; process mass import, and mass update.
Maintain technical documentation and train staff in the use of Salesforce.
Meet with staff to discuss requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Support Laspau Colab and IT Systems Analyst as needed
Supervise operations team, including program assistant and up to four seasonal temporary staff
This role will also oversee the Program Assistant and 2-4 seasonal/temporary staff supporting operations as needed.
Please Note: During the current period of COVID-19 related restrictions, this position may start as a remote position, with transition to onsite in Cambridge when the office reopens.

Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce management experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Project management experience
Understanding of business environment for online platforms
Basic understanding of data science concepts
Data analysis experience
Understanding of higher education in Latin America and the Caribbean
Spanish or Portuguese language skills
