Project managing remaining deliverables against Financial Market's Brexit commitments.
Working as a Business Analyst as required to see the project to completion
Partnering closely with the Brexit Programme as well as relevant stakeholders to deliver project objectives to agreed budget and timelines.
The Role Responsibilities
Delivery and Risk Management
Responsible for the end-to-end management of the project delivery and ensuring alignment with Standard Chartered change management governance and quality standards
Run the FM Project Steering Committee and participate in the Programme Working Group
Establish and track project implementation plan and manage the project budget
Oversee the delivery of technology and operations changes to ensure seamless transition for the FM business and clients
Partner closely with Legal and client on-boarding to manage migration / on-boarding of FM clients
Manage internal communications to stakeholder groups to ensure they are kept up to date with the project delivery
Manage milestones and their interdependencies, including managing the delivery of business requirements, test execution, implementation, and handover to business.
Ensure delivery on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ensure decisions and assumptions are clearly tracked and evidenced.
Proactively identify risks and issues. Mitigate risks with stakeholders and escalate as required.
Maintain record of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
Maintain project documentation in line with SCB project management standards and guidance.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Partner closely with the FM Accountable Executive on all aspects of the project delivery.
Identify and successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
Identify all the internal and external resources (financial & human resources) required to complete the project.
Monitor project financials and ensure finances remain on target and/or escalate issues to the appropriate responsible party.
Monitor project progress and ensure target project completion dates are met and/or escalate issues to the appropriate responsible party.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of project.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Our Ideal Candidate
Have deep knowledge of Financial Markets' products and prior experience in front office / business / operations role.
Have experience leading regulatory change and/or complex front-to-back projects
Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills; capable of identifying and interpreting a wide range of issues, and a 'big picture' understanding.
Have exceptional organisational, problem solving and written / verbal communication skills
Must be a highly-motivated and energetic team player; able to work collaboratively and motivate others to achieve high standards, including with teams across multiple locations.
