As a Digital Consultant 5 in Virtual Channels Capabilities, you will support the evolution and implementation of key Chat, ChatBot and Digital Messaging capabilities that transform the Wells Fargo customer and banker experience. In this senior leader role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our line of business (LOB) partners, building internal and external partnerships, and leading your scrum team to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. To be successful in this role, you must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, who thrives as a senior independent contributor, yet is able to leverage your leadership acumen to build credibility and direct matrixed resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Candidates should be self-starters, eager to learn and continue to grow and develop professionally, able to multi-task, work extremely well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with large, multi-disciplined technology and business teams.
Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to:
Being the Product Owner of a co-located scrum team leveraging Agile methodology
Drive Chat business requirements to meet project objectives. Ensure requirements are within our Collaboration standards and guidelines and align to our business strategy and objectives.
Manage and prioritize the backlog and work with the team to plan stories for upcoming sprints
Effectively manage risks associated with their projects and scrum team, including: compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; and adherence to internal policies and procedures and controls
Communicate, collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders (e.g. LOB, Digital Servicing, Contact Center, Risk, Compliance, Accessibility)
Collaborate with line of business partners and assist them in enhancing their existing digital collaboration portfolio and/or identifying opportunities to create issue-based conversations.
Building strong relationships with a variety of business, operations, risk, and technology teams across the enterprise
Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues. Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.
Location: This role can sit in Charlotte, NC or San Francisco, CA. Post COVID, this role may require you to work specific days in the office.
10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
Other Desired Qualifications
Strong strategic product management experience that includes developing and implementing enterprise level digital capabilities and solutions
Knowledge and understanding of sales and secure Chat, ChatBot (virtual AI), and other digital communications
2+ years of active Agile experience (Scrum, Agile Scaling, Agile tools, etc.)
Experience in consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in the financial services or related industries
Ability to build business cases which articulate the value of initiatives, create the KPIs to measure success
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
