The Counseling Center is accepting applications for a Secretary 3. This position serves as primary receptionist for the ETSU Counseling Center, and as the secretary to all Counseling Center staff. Other responsibility include:
Manages calls, messaging, and correspondence for staff.
Uses computer scheduling system to make & manage client appointments.
Manages confidential file system.
Works with excel, dynamic forms and basic web design software to create reports, forms, and digital information.
Distributes incoming correspondence/mail and prepares outgoing mailings.
Copies and collates materials for staff use.
Collects, deposits, and maintains financial transactions and records for psychiatric services.
Assists Executive Aide in training student workers and other support personnel.
Provides comfort and assistance to distressed students.
Must understand and honor confidentiality.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Position is contingent upon sufficient funding.
