This is a key role in the Leadership and Future-Smart Faculty that seeks to develop leaders and employees to be confident and competent in the fast changing world. The ideal person will drive and implement learning interventions and programmes that contributes to the transformation efforts of the Bank and serves to support the Bank's commitment to care for its employees, invest in their development and prepare them for a rapidly transforming landscape. All ideas and solutions need to be grounded in sound thinking, while constantly challenging the way we do things and, backed with data and metrics, to deliver better business outcomes. The role will also support the Learning Business Partners in the team to design and implementation of learning interventions for specific business units.
This person will report to the Future Smart, Leadership and Customer Experience Faculty Head.
Design, develop and curate innovative solutions to respond to strategy briefs, focused on Future Smart and other relevant initiatives and projects. These could be a great piece of learning content, a communications idea or even a digital product that leads to people capabilities development.
Develop and track success metrices for the evaluation of effectiveness and efficiencies in interventions implemented.
Drive and implement strategic initiatives in promoting a culture of lifelong and self-driven learning, supporting OCBC Campus' vision to enable learning and develop people capabilities.
Support Faculty Manager and manage the product shelf in the Faculty to meet current and emergent business and learning needs.
Support to the Learning Business Partner who will support the senior team in helping businesses identify and develop capabilities through learning needs analysis, recommendation, execution and evaluation of learning solutions.
Participate in new assignments/projects that support the continuous alignment of human capital and corporate strategies.
With at least 5 years of relevant Learning & Development experience or possess transferable skills in people development
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong in analytics and processes and is tight on follow through
Conversant in all MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
Customer centric and is adept at cultivating relationships both internally and externally
Comfortable with technology and the use of new tools and techniques
Excited about people development and seeks to learn and grow in this space.
Thrives in a dynamic environment and is agile and adept at working on both the business-as-usual as well as new scope of work.
