The Role Responsibilities
The Credit Centre of Excellence (Credit CoE) within SCB Global Banking COO Office is responsible for defining, validating and ultimately delivering process and/or system changes that aims to improve and support front line Credit Management client journey. Spark Programme, the funding vehicle for Credit Management next gen digital transformation aims to reinvent the outdated processes and tool, leveraged the power of data and redefined Digital Operation Model and ultimately reduce the overall Credit end to end TAT to be first-in-class.
We are now seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Credit Digital Transformation Analyst. Through a human-centre designed process mapping approach, this person will be involved in the end-to-end delivery starting from Inception, Proof of Concept Validation, creation of a Business Case, Agile Implementation, Reporting and Benefits tracking.
The person hired for this position in Singapore will be responsible for the following:
Using Industry best practices for project inception and delivery
Providing specialist knowledge regarding Credit Fulfilment in regard to processes, technologies, solutions and best market practices
Working on business case creation for ideas
Project delivery in accordance to the Bank's project governance framework and standards.
Take part in Spark Ideation phase
Focus of ideation phase will be primarily on co-ordinating ideas, participating in human-centered design brainstorming sessions, creating business benefit case and working on delivery scope using agile methodology once the idea is approved.
Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners for the project's ideation phase and Detailing problem statements, features and business benefits as part of business case writing
Acts as a Business Analyst within a dedicated Agile team to translate the business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Define and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with multiple user groups/stakeholders across global markets.
Report progress of the project in accordance with project governance standards to the PM
Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Key Stakeholders Internal Relationships:
Relevant stakeholders in the front, middle and back office effectively within the end-to-end credit origination process
Spark Managers & Stream Leads
Solutions Architecture team
Process & Product Owners
Governance forums (PSC, etc.)
Our Ideal Candidate
Experience in Credit Digital Transformation initiatives and strong understanding of the end-to-end Credit Fulfilment journey.
Proven track record of working as a business analyst on complex projects - including system/ process change.
Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive to drive solutions - methodical and thorough.
Proven ability to take a step back and look at the macro view to connect the dots between requirements
Proven ability to perform under high pressure in a dynamic environment
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal management oversight
Excellent communication & presentation skills
