We currently have an opening for a Senior Human Resources Analyst who will provide senior level services and expertise in compensation, recognition, performance management and human capital management system (HCM).
Act as a consultant, partner and contribute to the overall evaluation, administration and recommendations around compensation and recognition programs.
Research, compile and analyze appropriate compensation market data to evaluate/market price internal positions across all levels.
Prepare and participate in a multitude of compensation administration and salary planning surveys. Analyze survey data and outcomes.
Administer variable pay and recognition programs, ensuring guidelines, legal requirements, communications and eligibility/payment calculations are fair, consistent and equitable.
Manage pay practices across all non-bargained/non-craft and craft employee groups.
Provide expertise, ongoing support and project management to leverage HCM and other technology resources, ensuring overall data integrity is maintained for reporting, integration and data analytics.
Develop, generate, plan and execute new and/or modified ideas for enhancing HRIS efficiencies, adding functionality and the automation of processes. Participate in HCM and other internal systems testing and documentation.
Gather, analyze and prepare data and calculations in support of a variety of programs, processes and plans.
Define, develop, request and analyze data exports and reports.
Consult, partner and contribute to the overall development, evaluation, administration and coordination of performance management, including practices, processes, HCM system and strategy.
Lead performance management efforts and engagement through providing a flexible and continuous performance feedback experience. Promote regular communication between employees and their leadership that focuses on performance feedback, goal planning, accomplishments, work challenges and development opportunities.
Lead projects to include planning, organizing, facilitating meetings, executing project plan and communications, and managing project scope, budget and/or timelines.
A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field/equivalent.
Minimum of eight plus years of progressively responsible experience in human resources with a focus on compensation, recognition, performance management and/or HCM/data analytics.
Three plus years project management experience needed.
Thorough and demonstrated understanding of HCM/technology strategies and the application of data reporting, analysis and audit processes required.
Prior knowledge and development of an HCM system(s) and automation needed.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation a plus.
