You will join our clients' product management team and be responsible for the coordination of cross- border fund registrations, and associated follow up. You will work with a broad range of global stakeholders and product sponsors to understand the registration requirements and impact on distribution teams. You will ensure an efficient operational process is in place that supports both internal and external objectives.

There are many interesting dimensions to the role, which include but are not limited to:
Coordination of cross-border fund registrations and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to manage associated registration process
Ensure process is compliant in all jurisdictions and over relevant support and distribution services
Monitor tax reporting requirements relevant to fund registration process and jurisdictions
Oversee all activities effected by service providers and delegates, ensuring policy, procedures and SLAs adhered to
Applying regulatory knowledge to improve current fund registration process. Be market aware and have an understanding on initiatives that might impact fund registration or tax reporting process
Act as a subject matter expert across the investment funds (UCITS) and the registration & distribution process
To be successful in this role, the requirements are:
Have a minimum of 5 years' experience within funds industry in Luxembourg
Good knowledge of Luxembourg investment funds (including UCITS/AIFMD) and cross border regulations particularly relevant to fund registration process
Asset Manager or ManCo background is strongly preferred
Excellent understanding of fund registration and oversight
Must be collaborative and able to build strong relationships across internal and external partnerships
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously
You must be a strong communicator, able to persuade and negotiate
Tenacious and entrepreneurial in pursuing solutions
The position is varied and challenging with many touchpoints within the business in Luxembourg and throughout the world. You will regularly liaise with peers, sharing information and client focused solutions. You will need to be an effective communicator and be able to provide support at an executive level.
