The Role Responsibilities
The role will sit within the SuccessFactors transformation programme and will be responsible for the design of all Role Based Permissions and the interlock into the ServiceNow programme. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the access controls and RBP requirements, adhere to the design principles and the banks global information security standards. They will also be responsible for designing the best employee experience between ServiceNow and SuccessFactors, understanding and creating a fully integrated end to end experience in the HR system landscape.
Role Based Permissions
Work with the functional squads, to design the role-based permissions matrix to meet the business requirements.
Work closely with a nominated Global Process Owner, to ensure that the solution is fully aligned to the SCB global information security standards and supports automation, reduces manual work and operational risk.
Identify and highlights risks and assumptions associated with the RBP element of the solution and works alongside the squads and GPO to mitigate these.
Identify and address application and data issues that affect RBP integrity.
Identify cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect the RBP design.
Inform necessary stakeholders of any issues that may affect other areas of the project.
Present the design to the Design Authority, ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements.
Validate the configuration design and confirm gap resolution options.
Participate in transitioning the designs to the configuration team and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
Complete all appropriate documentation required by the developers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will maintain the application.
Provide status to project management regarding the process area.
Support the development and test teams with the creation of test data; ensure test data conforms to data security requirements.
Use the business process design to drive out the full set of Interlock (portfolio wide) requirements:
Based on the interlock requirements and SCB guiding principles, review and amend existing design and create the best union between the complimentary technology solutions that results in a seamless employee experience, which reduces manual processes and risk.
Work with the functional team to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution.
Work to detail the overall solution by: 1) defining the flow of data between the applications that must be integrated, 2) support the mapping of business process activities to the applications that support them
Work closely with the functional teams and product owners to confirm the interlock requirements identified.
Facilitate working sessions with the programme teams to ensure cross-team communication and collaboration.
Identify cross-team issues, and communicate them to the appropriate team leads.
Assess the impact of the interlock requirements to the technical architecture and specify the service requirements.
Work with test lead and functional squad leads to define the interlock testing scenarios.
Communicate regularly with the platform owners to set expectations for the project and their required commitment level.
Work with the change enablement team to develop training materials for the cross platform solution and also for the ongoing support of the integration solution.
Utilise the as is and future state process maps to fully understand what roles are designated in the transactional processes.
Lead or contribute to underlying business process discovery, analysis, reengineering and documentation. Matching process design with business goals, user stories/experience and functional capability which can be enabled with Success Factors.
Set the standards for all projects to follow, user story creation, impact assessment etc. through business process descriptions, user cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis;
Risk Management and Governance
Highlight risks to the BI Lead and over all Project Manager before they become issues, so they can be tracked;
Approach all work with a high level of accuracy and rigour that will ensure that things are completed correctly without unnecessary rework.
Identify and drive improvement opportunities, by focusing on best practice and decreasing manual work
Work with out internal HR Governance team, ensuring that all approvals are obtained within the deadlines
