We now want to expand our customer base further and that is why we are looking to add a leader to our client team who are responsible for managing and growing our most important and prestigious accounts.
Key elements of the role and competencies:
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Clients responsible for consulting revenue growth and quality of services in a portfolio of clients
Manages a team of up to 3 Account Managers and 1 Digital Customer Acquisition Associate
Works personally with 1 or 2 key clients that have a Master Service Agreement to supply consulting services already in place
Deeply understands the clients and holds senior relationships and ensures quality
Agrees client development plans developed in partnership with the clients
Is able to accurately forecast demand and ensure Kubrick is prepared to supply the required services
Can organise in partnership with the client, data strategy days and forums and chairs small events (with the Head of Strategic Accounts if required)
Ensures that services to the clients are deployed through working with Kubrick people team to deploy the right consultants and onboard them to client projects appropriately
Ensure all proposals, agreements, sow's and po's are in place for seamless client operations
What are we looking for?
You are on the beginning of your leadership journey or are frustrated by your current progress and want the added responsibility of managing others
You can lead a true account management function. Kubrick's reputation and revenue are in your hands so most importantly you are mature, detail orientated and prepared for this level of responsibility
Likely to have worked in B2B professional or software sales or account management. We will consider exceptional applications from account managers in recruitment, RPO or managed services or outsourcing
5 to 10 years experience
Excellent communication skills particularly questioning skills
Empathetic team player with an eye for detail
Large interest in Data, AI and Automation and its role in society and industry
