The Role Responsibilities
Drive usage, commercialisation and CX of the bank's flagship corporate banking platforms by ongoing review and performance optimisation and development of optimisation roadmap
Track the usage activity of clients across different digital platforms, drive automation & optimisation of platform usage
Identify opportunities to optimise process and platform agendas within the portfolio remit
Supporting the digital channels and data analytics agenda, working in close partnership with team to provide insights to improve the client experience, digital usage and frontline productivity
Develop and monitor KPI for digital transformation and automation and provide regular progress reports, sentiment analysis and track budgets
Drive commercialisation of the bank's flagship corporate banking platforms by ongoing review and performance optimisation and development of optimisation roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive ongoing review and performance optimisation of platforms & products
Define metrics to translate data into data-driven insights using tools such as Google analytics, create and measure efficiency metrics/ tools across various teams.
Drive analysis of insights to understand user behaviour and continually evaluate the effectiveness of optimisation activities.
Define overall A/B testing strategies and tactics, in order to meet business objectives.
Enhance A/B testing capabilities by working with various stakeholders to continually test and iterate for improved performance.
Help design customer journeys on digital platforms and design experiments to test effectiveness of UI/UX
Our Ideal Candidate
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
University Degree or equivalent, preferably from ecommerce background with 10-15 years of experience
Proven track record in platform commercialisation and in building cutting-edge data tracking tools and methodologies
Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Google Optimize, clickstream analysis, heatmapping, A/B testing
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, dash boarding/BI tools, proficiency in SQL and Python is ideal
Ability to translate and explain complex models and analytics to senior management and external stakeholders
Experience using technology tools to drive business outcomes through compelling analysis
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with passion for making data-driven decisions.
