We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Pension Admin Manager. Principal responsibilities
Engage in project workgroups, act as an Product Owner (Regulatory Reporting) and driving implementation of projects triggered by legislative amendment or regulator requests
Driving the projects and managing the expected outcome, planning and coordinating resources, reporting on activities and progress , risk and issues
Perform review and support regulatory returns preparation and submission to the MPFA according to the regulatory requirement and timeline
Monitor daily operations as well as team performance, support the initiatives on driving better quality and effectiveness
Deal with external consultants, internal parties e.g. Information Technology, Project Governance Team and Trustee; be prepared to address enquiries and challenges from regulator and & auditors
Participate in regular meetings with the Operation teams to exchange issues and ways of improvements
University Degree Holder
Relevant experience in MPF regulatory reporting or financial reporting
Strong numerical and analytical sense, good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to create and drive large scale programmatic change in large organisations
Able to tackle issues systematically, logically and independently
Familiar with advanced Excel, knowledge in Macro/VBA is a plus
