Ransom Everglades School is seeking applications for a full time Assistant Athletic Trainer and Athletic Operations Assistant, beginning immediately. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will assist the Head Athletic Trainer in coordinating all aspects of the Ransom Everglades athletic training program. This includes overseeing injury prevention, evaluation, management, and treatment of athletic injuries for all Ransom Everglades sports teams. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will help ensure compliance with appropriate local, state and federal laws, guidelines and NATA best practices. The Athletic Operations Assistant, under the supervision of the Athletic Director, will assist in the general administration of the department including coordination of officials, game management and social media. Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred

Satisfactory background check, to include criminal background and driving record check
Up to date or willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, AED instructor certification
NATA Board Certified
possess current licensure to perform the duties of a certified ATC in the state of Florida
Physical Requirements include the ability to:
respond to emergencies,
respond quickly to sounds,
move safely over wet, uneven terrain or in confined spaces,
see and respond to dangerous situations.
