The successful candidate will carry out the following tasks:
Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg Private Equity companies
Prepare accounts on a regular basis, utilising IFRS and LuxGAAP
Complete the bookkeeping and recording of all transactions
Prepare the clients financial statements and answer all adhoc client queries
Complete both indirect and direct tax returns
Liaise with a number of 3rd parties, in addition to your clients, including audit firms, consulting firms and lawyers
Produce adhoc reporting, and cash flow analysis
To be successful in this position you will requirement the following:
University degree in business, accountancy, or finance related subject
ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification is a distinct advantage
3 - 7 years of accounting experience across Private Equity funds or fund structures
Fluent in English; plus another European language
Good knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS
Strong problem solving skills, with aptitude for initiative
Good communication and organisation skills
Knowledge of 'eFront' is an advantage
