Gratz College seeks a driven, self-starter to act as a Project Manager/ Business Process Manager in a small but fast-paced institution of higher education. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to be a proactive individual and a team player with IT staff as well as with other staff of the college. Candidate will have the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines and follow a scheduled timeline. Candidate will work with internal college staff and outside vendors in the duration of project implementation, launch, and will oversee the management and maintenance of these software platforms. This is a newly created position.

Responsibilities: Project Manager(50%)
Oversees numerous projects both long term and short term from start to end
Work with matrix teams to project manage the implementation of upcoming established applications
Work with vendor and Gratz College staff to coordinate discovery sessions and training sessions.
Assist in overseeing all aspects of implementation, including data imports/refreshes, faculty training, student training.
Assist in ensuring that Gratz College stays on target for all deadlines related to the implementation of each system.
Take the lead on systems administration for certain applications post-implementation.
Responsibilities: Business Process Manager (50%)
Develops, maintains and oversees workflow process development
Manage projects from data requirements through delivery/maintenance.
Develop templates for college-wide use.
Proof and publish all forms before going live to ensure FERPA/HIPAA compliance as well as aesthetics standards.
Document each process.
