Krause Group is looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager who is passionate about driving change in a corporate environment to join our team. The DEI Manager will lead the strategy, planning, development, implementation, and administration of all Krause Group companies’ diversity, equity and inclusion programs. Key focus areas include partnering to increase workforce diversity by aiding effectively in recruiting, developing and retaining our diverse workforce and designing programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute the Krause Group DEI strategy
Build relationships and coaches key leaders to create awareness, support, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion efforts
Provide necessary leadership to define, gain buy-in and execute strategies for DEI
Integrate DEI strategy within the overall Human Resource strategies, practices and processes at each stage of the employee life cycle. Works with recruiting and talent management functions to co-develop and implement DEI strategies. Co-design company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace
Leads and plans DEI Committee Meetings
Prepare and present training or workshops for employees, managers, and executives detailing the impact of a diverse workforce on business operations
Develop and recommend strategies for working with external community and cultural organizations.
Develop and analyze DEI metrics & scorecard
What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding and awareness of diversity and inclusion best practices
Ability to drive change within an organization
Project management experience
Other key requirements:
5+ years of work experience in a Diversity and Inclusion or community relations role
Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and listens to others
Conceptual/Systems Thinking: Recognizes patterns, trends, themes, and connections in information to develop innovative ideas and solutions
Constructive Engagement: Expresses ideas and disagreements, constructively resolves conflict, and encourages others to do the same

Empowerment: Takes initiative and solves problems
Talent Development: Maximizes potential and improves overall performance
Influence: Proactively builds relationships and influences others
Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving: Accurately assesses problems and effectively and efficiently arrives at solutions
Strategic Thinking: Understands the current state and is able to visualize the ideal state and how to achieve it
