About the Role:
This position within Brokerage Technology is part of a high performing team and the successful candidate must be comfortable with being able to multi-task across varied activities. Ideal Candidate is responsible for all of the eBrokerage Internet applications for Wells Fargo Advisors Brokerage Technology.
Perform in a technical role and be responsible for complex application development & maintenance work of a web-based applications. Act as a technical resource to program/project staff in the plan development, testing, and implementation processes. He/she will develop original and complex code and will verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Develop new technical documentation and participate in the development of department technical procedures. He/she will assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and will participate in updating and testing of the business continuation plan. Team member must have clear understanding of SDLC process and working experience in creating artifacts supporting the SDLC process. Work collaboratively with other IT team members, server, network, DBA, Deployment, architecture, information security, data transmissions and project management support personnel as well as business partners and end-users.
Should have good communication and coordination skills. Strong customer focus and ability to translate high level customer requirements into actionable technical requirements. Good in Client/Partner relations and Flexible, Adaptable to the environment quickly to meet the goals of the product and the organization. Ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously using a wide range of skills, Provide expert consultation and make recommendations problems/issues. Ability to actively and professionally participate in detailed discussions with various levels of management, senior engineering teams and architects.
