Do you have at least 1 years' experience of working in a legal or corporate background and have an understanding of the corporate requirements of Luxembourg companies? Are you highly organized, able to work independently yet enjoy collaborating with your team? As a Junior Corporate Officer your will:
Be responsible for your own portfolio of over 150 entities, managing the legal and corporate aspects efficiently
Track and review documentation to correctly support lifecycle management of the companies in your portfolio
Understand the corporate governance frameworks that you need to operate in
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, other service provider's (pan-Europe, especially in Germany) to ensure appropriate corporate governance
Assist with the organisation of board meetings for your client entities, being organised and efficient, writing resolutions and board minutes
Manage relevant document repositories for all legal and corporate documents
To qualify for this role you will have:
Possess a degree, ideally law or finance related; accounting or business degree
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of corporate governance in Luxembourg
Must have experience of RCS filings and organising of board meetings
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment with clear deadlines
Excellent English and German communication skills are essential – German is a must for this role so please do not apply if you cannot communicate in German.
