The Junior Technician will be an integral part our global field engineering team, offering freedom and flexibility as well as a different working environment most days. Working across different client sites you will use your engineering skills and technical knowledge to assist in installing and integrating video-conference and AV equipment, as well as completing preventative maintenance checks, diagnosis and repair. Supporting role in the delivery, installation and configuration of telepresence, video conferencing and AV systems for DMS, offering a professional white glove service to DMS clients.
Assess the environment and detect and mitigate any hazards associated with installation.
Complete installation of systems following all health and safety requirements as defined by the company handbook, relevant legislation and customer requirements.
Provide reports (both written and photographic) on deliveries and installations to head office on a daily basis.
Any other associated installation work as outlined by your manager/s.
Global travel to customer sites.
Liaise with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Engineering health and safety training and knowledge

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full time, 37 hours per week.

Brand experience and qualifications in the following is desirable but not essential: digital media signage applications (Cisco, Samsung, Tripleplay, Signage Live, Appspace), Codian MCU, CTM, Zoom, ClearOne, Extron, Lifesize, AMX, Tandberg and Biamp.
