The IT Service Operations organization is embarking on a new journey to mobilize a transformation strategy in order to modernize operations (ModOps) in parallel with a IT Management Transformation journey based on a new platform. This role will be owning a product area within Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management, managing the roadmap and strategy for their product area, defining and prioritizing parallel in-bound efforts in addition to on-going transformation activities, and working with Process Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency with the operating principles on the ground.
10+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization
3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
3 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives
7+ years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management)
Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations large internal lines of business
A BS/BA degree or higher
3+ years of financial industry experience
3+ years of project management experience
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
