The Sr. Manager, HRIS plays a critical role in implementing the company's HR vision which leverages technical expertise, human resources operations knowledge and leadership skills. This position will be responsible for providing leadership in designing and executing HR business processes and technology in alignment with the company’s overall strategic plan while working closely with business leaders, members of our HR team and other key stakeholders.
Provide leadership, planning and project management for the design, implementation, and support of cost-effective, integrated changes to our HRMS while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet the needs of the business.
Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of our various HR systems
Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
Collaborate with and support leaders to ensure the system and processes meet the needs of HR and the business.
Collaborate with HR teams for the selection and implementation of new applications
Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring requirements are met.
Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance.
Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities.
Manage all aspects of performance, development and recognition for direct reports to encourage professional growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years’ HRIS experience
3+ years’ experience directly managing an HRIS team
Comprehensive knowledge of current HRIS strategies, and HR processes and procedures
Previous experience in the implementation of HR systems
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
Self-motivated and possess a high degree of autonomy
Ability to travel at least 10%
