JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled technology solution partner for global digital transformation (DT) projects. Will work with solution vendors to identify and overcome challenges, ensure system architecture is complete and consistent, ensure completeness, and evaluate system performance.
Develops solutions based on identified and qualified opportunities brought forth by business development executives, account executives, partners, referrals, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure project success from start to finish.
Primary partner with tech partners and project leads Performance management Rollout guidelines to project teams to ensure alignment of technical design with guidelines and goals
Establish ROB with vendors, SMEs, and account/CBRE leadership Facilitate and/or participate in meetings with project teams, SMEs, and clients Review project scope and provide holistic feedback in approach to design Evaluate DT solutions to determine alignment with integration architecture Get current/Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to align with solutions
Ensure consistency of technology solutions across regions Liaison with regional IT support partners to align technology strategy and ensure solution compatibility QC of Sub design documents Collection/Review of project documentation (e.g. Design drawings, Commissioning documents, training collateral, etc.) Training/Roll-out support System connection, configuration, and end to end diagnostics Data validation and QC Review completion of project punch, commissioning, and hand-off
Develops cost estimates according to company guidelines, rates, etc., using standard pricing and estimating tools.
Develops proposal content that conveys the solution being offered including but not limited to technical descriptions, architectures, alternative comparisons, etc.
Evaluates new technologies and determine whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, etc.
Defines applications that will be developed by the company.
Assists the sales team with customer-facing events such as customer sales presentations, technology demonstrations, webinars, trade show exhibits, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience, or BA with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following;
- Project Management - Information Technology - Building Technology
COMMUNICATION SKILLS A valid driver's license may be required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Be familiar with basic financial terms and concepts as they relate to contracts, proposals, and providing consultation to the customer.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Be familiar with basic contract verbiage, negotiation and management.
Ability to work independently with minimal information or supervision
