About Wells Fargo Philippines Wells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. We operate in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
Responsible for planning, writing, editing, coordinating and publishing a variety of complex and/or sensitive communications to support the achievement of business goals and maintain/improve the company's image, often in conjunction with other communicators. Consults with business unit managers to develop communication goals, objectives and plans to best communicate management's position or message.
About the Role
Identify communication opportunities and the design/medium/channels for execution. Analyzes information regarding team member or public opinion and recommends organizational position to management. Position may include responsibility for communications strategy for a large site or small business unit; conducting civic and community relations activities; developing website strategy including look and content; managing moderately complex vendor relationships; serving as designated spokesperson on a variety of issues; and/or providing guidance to less experienced consultants.

Document Branding and Formatting - Alignment of documents or reference materials to the Wells Fargo Branding Guidelines
Includes usage of materials, but not limited to, icons, photos, typography, and content alignment
Create online materials such as headers, banners, email/invite templates
Data Visualization - Creation of an infographic material, aiming to convey an impactful context out of a raw data source
Formulation of charts and/or graphic elements through eyeballing data points
Improving the overall visual appeal of a document, tailor-fit to the audience's demographics and/or the user's requirements
Market Skills and Certifications
2+ years of graphic designing experience; 3+ years overall experience
Bachelor degree is required
Candidate must have skill expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop)
Must have portfolio to present for compilation of projects
