The University of Tennessee Knoxville, College of Social Work is accepting applications for a Marketing and Communications Manager. This position serves as a member of the CSW Engagement and Outreach Team and is responsible for the following functions that include, but are not limited to:
*Assess communication and marketing needs for the College of Social Work as well as plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies. *Work as part of a team to develop and implement creative solutions for College of Social Work marketing and communication needs and goals including: oCreating a strategic plan for digital advertising, websites, and social media accounts. oLeading marketing efforts, content planning, calendar development, tracking, and analysis of digital ads. oDeveloping strategies directly with vendors and advertising agencies for distribution and production of marketing materials. oWorking with staff and student support to develop and maintain College websites and social media accounts, including developing, implementing, and maintaining processes, guidelines, and schedules to ensure content remains up-to-date and is continually refreshed. oEnvisioning, creating, and implementing digital initiatives and innovative content dissemination approaches that grow social audience and deepen audience engagement. oContinuously performing assessments and analysis of projects to determine if changes are needed to meet the desired outcome and timeline.
